Refunds If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund within 7 days of the service date. To be eligible for a refund, your computer must be in the same condition as when we provided the service. If your computer has been damaged or modified after our service, we may not be able to issue a refund. To request a refund, please contact us at info@mtechitng.com. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Returns If there is an issue with the hardware or software that we repaired or installed, we offer a return service within 30 days of the service date. To be eligible for a return, your computer must be in the same condition as when we provided the service. If your computer has been damaged or modified after our service, we may not be able to accept the return. To request a return, please contact us at info@mtechitng.com. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Cancellation If you wish to cancel your service, you may do so at any time before we start the service. If you cancel the service after we have started the work, we may charge you for the work done up to that point.
Limitations Our refund and return policy does not cover the following:
- Issues caused by software or hardware that was not repaired or installed by us
- Any damage caused by viruses or malware after the service was provided
- Any damage caused by user error or misuse of the computer
- Any modifications made to the computer after our service
